ANTI-TERRORIST DEFENSE TACTICS SEMINAR -
4/19/03
The WSAMA hosted Master Fred Waters on Saturday April 19th. training included disarming attackers with guns, knives and using pressure points to control an attacker. Of particular importance was Master Water's focus on mental commitment of defending one's self. Master Waters’ 20 years of experience includes instructing military, police and civilians as a Certified Lethal Weapons Training Instructor.
